EVA Air E-Ticket Refund Two Months??!

Couple of questions. I have a flight booked where the ticket is stating €200 cancellation fee. I presume this will be €200 off the total cost so if the ticket was 1485 then I will get back 1285. Does the website, when going through the cancellation process, confirm how much the actual refund will be?

But anyway, I do think they are good about refunding the "proper" amount (E1285) w/o ........ about taxes and such. I got my exactly correct amount refunded.
I do not remember if they quoted me the refund amount as I cancelled.
