Credit card payment on Austrian Railways website
I've been trying to buy tickets on http://www.oebb.at/de/ for the last week for the following 2 segments:
Prague - Vienna
Vienna - Budapest
But evrytime I choose credit card payment I get "can't process credit card now" error. The other option is make a bank account transfer. But it appears I cant use any of the North American bank accounts.
Has anyone come across this before? Any possible work arounds?
For PRG-VIE segment, I can book on czech railways.
What are my options for VIE-BUD (other than student universe bus)?

raileurope - $29 ticket on oebb site is $77 on this website :|

I have used captaintrain.com once when the French railway site wouldn't accept my cards.
They charged the same price and I could print out the tickets from ticket maschines at the station.

Ah, sorry about that.
I assumed they sold all European tickets.
I used them for Stuttgart to Luxembourg.
According to seat61 the tickets Vienna to Budapest can be bought in Vienna (at a station) for 39€ (normal price) if you can live with that price.
Again according to seat61 unlimited availability and no reservation needed.

Yes, I'd prefer buying it at the station. The reason I am trying to book it online is because I've Schengen visa appointment next week. Last time, NL consulate said they'd prefer seeing all the inter schengen travel docs too, although they approved my visa w/o that

I was about to suggest b-europe.com, a booking site run by the Belgian railways (SNCB/NMBS), but whilst they do sell tickets for the relevant journeys, they are not available as print-at-home tickets - you either have to collect them from a Belgian, Dutch or Luxembourg station (seemingly from a ticket desk), or have them sent to a Belgian address - not much help then!
I guess you could try writing to or calling BB.

This may be a little too late, but I contacted them and they said the reservation system is down and should be up by middle of June. Apparently you can buy seats but not reservations or upgrades.
