Eurostar website only showing Flex fares [Eurostar fare changes 25 Nov 2014]

I'm trying to book a Manchester to Paris return, and the prices are a lot higher than usual.

I've noticed that only the Flexible fares are showing... there are usually 2 columns in Standard / Standard Premier (Non-Flex and Flex), but there's only 1 at the moment.

Website bug or a new "feature"? Or... User Error?

It seems Eurostar have just changed their fare structure:

All our fares in Standard and SP are exchangeable before departure of each leg by paying the difference in price with the next available fare on the day of exchange plus a fixed fee of Ł30/€40.

Hmmm.... Thanks. So, it would appear that they've simply removed the cheaper 'Non-Flex' tickets that I normally buy

This will go down well with my client.

The fare levels are still there, they're just recategorised (and possibly sold out for your dates).

However, that now means that the only fully-flex tickets are available in Business Premier!
