2011 European timetable preview

Some pointers to the new timetable can be found here.

Highlights:
- TGV trains beyond the Spanish border for the first time
- more trains on the Austria-Italy Brenner route
- new high-speed route Helsinki to St Petersburg

But more sleeper withdrawals (Munich - Copenhagen, Warsaw).

Oh man! I hope this does not affect the EN jan kiepura train this coming december/january. I am going to be relying on it for cologne-warsaw/poznan twice. Last year when I took this train it was delayed 6+ hours going to Poland, and 3+ hours going towards Germany.

Thank you for this link! I am definitely adding this website to favourites. I am a long time fan of trekking around Europe by rail.
