schengen visa (H1b visa from USA)

schengen visa (H1b visa from USA)
My wife and i planning Europe vacation this summer(July 2016). We both are on H1b in USA and planning to file schengen visa in Denmark Consulate. Both of our visa will expire in Sep 2016. will there be a problem while coming back from Europe. How long does it usually take to get visa stamped (We are india's passport holder).
Another Question:
We are planning to visit 3-4 cities(including Copenhagen) 2 days in each city. can we return back to USA from any of the country. or does it have to be Denmark. ?

You can fly back to the US from any Schengencountry.
