Was just there. There is a cab stand right outside the baggage claim. Flat rate to center of Athens (38 Euros I think). There is also an Uber like taxi app, that we used for the return to the airport which also was at the flat rate.

Never heard that before! There is indeed a price difference between night and day (see here)PS The Greek pages disagree on the day price: they quote 35 €!

Athens Airport to Athens Center 38 € 54€ 30 min
there is an updated page(and an old page.)
the rates are posted in the taxi waiting area. that 30min was also quite optimistic, both day and night.
