Bright rectangular areas around Amsterdam?

The last couple of times flying into AMS from the northeast and southeast at night, I've seen humongous rectangular areas that are extremely bright. Like, 10x brighter than cities around them. And, they are really, really huge. Anyone know what these are? Just curious... I can't for the life of me think of anything that requires that much energy in the middle of the night.

...or tomatoes, or any of the other vegetables grown in the NL and looking (but clearly not tasting) like tomatoes, or any of the other vegetables grown elsewhere (i.e. South Europe).

PS For the first time in so many years I allowed myself a little "nationalistic" attitude in an FT post.

Certainly not tulips, they are not grown in hothouses ("kassen" in Dutch).
But lost of vegetables are grown in hothouses, especially in an area SW of Schiphol airport (well, maybe some 40KM or so away).
