Thanks for the feedback everyone and apologies for not getting back sooner. I decided to take everyone'es advice and modify the trip. The new itinerary is something I feel is much more manageable and is outlined below:

That city in Slovenia is hard to spell! Try this: start with "Lublana", then put a J before the first two vowels to get Ljubljana.
