Refund for Economy Flex
#URGENT
I am starting this thread in search for an answer for the refund policy for 'Economy flex' tickets option offered by Etihad.
I will be flying with Etihad from Bucharest to Sydney on the 9th of February 2017 for my semester abroad. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my Student Visa for Australia and for this reason I am interested in the refund policy at Etihad.
Before starting this thread I have also done some research on the internet (this is how I stumbled upon this website) however, there have been many complaints about the manner in which these matters are handled by Etihad. Nonetheless, these complaints are quite outdated so I would like about recent experiences with refund policy of Etihad?
