Etihad Chauffeur extra mileage charges in BLR/ZRH
We have a ZRH-AUH-BLR trip coming up on EY (F/J)
as per EY website the max allowed in ZRH is 90 kms (r/t from Airport) and 70 km in BLR.
We are staying in Lucerne which is about 65 km from ZRH and in BLR we have to be close to the old airport which is about 40 km one way.
Does anyone know:
How much do they charge per km in ZRH?
How much per km in BLR?

You appear to have misinterpreted the distances - seemingly having halved them (and you make reference to a "r/t from airport". But not everyone will be on return tickets, so it is incorrect to assume the distance is therefore limited or expressed on the basis of total distance for two separate transfers).
At ZRH they will pick you up from any place within 90km for free. On your return, they will bring you to any place within 90km for free.
At BLR they will bring you to any place within 70km for free. On your return, they will pick you up from any place within 70km for free.
On the basis of what you have written, there will be no extra charges anywhere on your trip.
