SYD-AUH on EY F is amazing. Really wish they could fly to more Australian airports (if the bilateral permits)

You are right. I checked a return flight from AUH-KUL in the end of July. EY416 and EY413 use a 3class configuration in this period. I also checked November, but its the old 2class confi.

They have F on the MEL-AUH (vv) route also.

CMN? You're right - I see F availability loaded on that route. That must be one of the most "random" First Class routes, especially since EY still flies to many destinations that probably have much more premium traffic.

I called the Singapore AA call center just now trying to book a BKK-AUH-IAD AA awards flight in business/First. There was no business class availability from BKK-AUH. The agent found a AUH-JFK flight in F. I checked on the Etihad website and for the flight date shows business in choice and choice plus. Sigh... Knew it was to good to be true unless somewhere can tell me otherwise. Still I'm keeping my eye open for the IAD route and other airlines in F for my dates.

Edit: Just checked again and now F is showing? Good sign or to good to be true?

Not sure when you're trying to fly, my AUH-JFK flight was downgraded from F to J for mid July flight. I switched to AUH-IAD in F instead and that remains unchanged

Mid January. Going to keep on looking to switch to IAD and also keeping my eye open for Jal F. Might just give the Singapore call center another call as I'm seeing indications that they may be able to see it open for the same dates now.

you can add GVA to the list.
Also, TLV seems to get mostly the F-equipped B789.
