Upgrading EY ticket using miles

Upgrading EY ticket using miles
I recently booked a ticket on EY from BLR-JFK. First segment to AUH is EY flight number and second one is AA coded flight on EY.
Wondering whether can upgrade these segments and how much that costs? I cant seem to find fare basis anywhere.
Also, what is best way to transfer miles into EY account? Amex or Chase UR?
