Etihad is starting its first Boeing 787-9 flight from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Dusseldorf (DUS) on February 15.

BOM also pushed back to March 14.
Now only operating March 14-27
DUS has been extended until March 14 - so I guess until the 2nd 787 is delivered and ready to go - they ll just continue to run #1 to DUS and back, before doing the 2x IAD/BOM rotation.
I m slowly giving up hope that I ll actually fly it in March as scheduled to BOM...

Yes hope is still alive for me too. At least the plane will still have the factory smell if it arrives....

my return flight to dus in march shows now also 789, so hope the flight in feb stays 789, 2 off us are flying, 1 in business and 1 in first, so hope to can get back with some information on both classes.

ETIHAD has expanded planned Boeing 787-9 service on Abu Dhabi – Mumbai service, which will be operating until 29MAR15 (AUH departure). Service initially operates daily from 15MAR15 to 28MAR15, 5 weekly from 29MAR15 to 29MAY15.

Looks as if the DUS 789 route may be pushed back again. I was checking dates in April on this flight and it says it is operated on a 333.
