Missing Ethiad Guest miles from Korean Air
In December I flew with Korean Air and I wanted that these flights to be credited to my Ethiad Guest account. Unfortunately no points were credited. So I made retro-claim for these points. I got fast reply from Ethiad Guest Team where they promised to credit me those missing points but after one month I still did not get those points. So I made again an enquire and again the same thing. Anybody else have the same problem? What should I do yo get those points which were no credited to my account?
