Pre-booking seats
We, SO and I, have flights booked from DUB-MNL in October and have called the call centre to pre-book our seats. Our seats have been changed by Etihad and there is no way to obtain our preferred seats via the website.
Does anyone know why the seats were changed? Do we have to call the call centre again?
