No Seat Maps and No Seat Choice in J

I just purchased tickets on their website and I am unable to select seats like I have in the past. When I go to view my itinerary, they have preselected the least desirable seats. Is there a way to change the seats online or do I need to call Etihad?

Great, I get to call the wonderful Indian call center.
I wish they had not enhanced that particular feature away...
