Help with Emirates job offer
Hi Guys,
I've never posted before--if this the wrong place for this post than my apologies.
I need some help and there's not much information out there online. Or at least information I could find from my many hours of searching google and glassdoor.
I just got a job offer for Emirates based in NYC for a Senior role. Regional Direct Sales & Ecommerce manager for the Americas. Based on the title and responsibilities of the job, I expected a high salary at least 130K (it's also NYC so super expensive to live). They are offering only 100K. They are telling me no negotiations possible.
Can anyone from the airline industry offer any insight if this is a decent offer? I know airlines tend to offer lower salaries, but this low for tier 1 market?
Thank you so much! Your advice is highly appreciated by my family and I.

Welcome to Flyertalk OldVirus.
We'll move this to the EK forum for now, but I'm not sure we'll get many replies, if any. Flyertalk is a place where frequent travelers congregate to share information about flying, not so much hiring practices of airlines. This is interesting information, but might be best obtained from other forums. I know there's a few for pilots, not sure about management however.
If you do accept the role however, I'd encourage you to stick around. [Even if you don't its still a great place]. We do have quite a few industry representatives and lurkers, and always welcome more.
