I have only flown on short haul flights to GVA on Swiss or BA for the last 6 years, so my first time in J on Emirates outbound last month and back yesterday did indeed seem amazing.

I am sure some of the inconsistencies get to regular and frequent travellers but, as a first timer who is not expecting to be able to repeat the experience, I was a pretty happy chap.
