I think it does offer hourly rates, but I've never found anywhere where you can book in advance. So, you may need to just turn up at one of the hotels (there are 3), and book as a walk-in.

I requested a quote for 4 yours and received the full price up front. ( 500 AED ish ) I clearly asked for an hourly rate but did not get one.
I think DYKWIA is correct, you should just approach them after arrival for such a rate.
