Exclamation Is Emirates strict about luggage dimensions?

Hi,

In my ticket, the dimensions for the check in luggage is given as-150cm/59inches but i am having hard time finding luggage of the said dimension. I have seen that other airlines like Etihad,British Airways which have the dimensions set to 158cm and the luggage of that size is easily available in market. Can a 158cm bag pass for 150cm one, supposing the authorities don't measure it using the tape?

8cm isn't a do or die, but it comes down to the agent checking you in.
