Etiquette guidance: Send a (polite) private message to the poster if you want to be guested in, but do NOT pester (I'm sorry to have to spell it out) - take the first answer, it might be a yes or a no. If you are expecting to be guested into a lounge, please don't expect your "guester" to do all the work such as coming to find you, it is just plain rude. The more posts you have on FlyerTalk, the better your chances, as most people do not want to meet a complete stranger. Yes, I understand they are becoming even more rigorous wrt the 'same flight' rule, so important for the relevant flight number to be quoted when making any request/offer.
