Stupid article if he's gold and travels bkk Dxb dxb uk a lot he will be opped up as it's often over in y. Fingers crossed eK don't give him any special treatment over any other revenue generating pax.
It's pretty sad to get a tattoo but each to their own.

To be a joke , it has to be amusing - all there was was a whinge that being an EK loyal customer is not a good thing
Getting any tattoo seems sad to me - but if he is someone who like EK as an airline and chooses to use it , then great

How funny.. just came across this from the front pages.
Andy's a guy I knew from school in Glasgow and I never knew half of what was in the article (it's time I stopped flying BA, and got a Hilton tattoo on my arm.. those Lounges don't come cheap otherwise!).
From what I remember he's absolutely crazy about travel and has written loads of blogs on really interesting (and scary) parts of the world
http://travelmag.co.uk/2013/07/into-...t-of-darkness/
And I know he does prefer to always fly on Emirates (heck, from Glasgow we have such a limited choice!!).
Good on him, I say ;-)

Well its been fun reading your comments! I'm Andy, the guy in the papers, the guy with the EK logo tattoo. For the record, I've been loyal to EK since 2005 and most of those upgrades happened before I got the logo on my arm, either from me spending my miles or Y class was full, lets stick the Gold member in J.. To the person who posted a link to my video, thanks, and to the follow-up poster who said I get paid thru advertising, I don't, because I used 3rd party music, I get nothing! so click away, enjoy Emirates First Class at its very best

Impressive Andy that you have posted on this forum despite a large degree of let's say hard ribbing by some ! You also have your first follower in aceboy I see which should prove interesting to say the least!! Happy travels.

Nice video, shows how far ahead EK are in premium cabins compared with someone like BA, who have "Filth class"
