Skywards Upgrade
Hi all,
I am flying from Ireland to Singapore in December on EK of course. I have enough skywards miles to upgrade DUB-DXB from J-F, but it doesnt allow me to do so! It advises that there is availability on that flight. Would the problem lie that i have 4 people in the one PNR and i technically only have enough miles to upgrade the one?
