Quick question. My wife and I will be in HKG and I am flying EK-F and she is on CX to DXB on flights about 30 minutes apart. When they come to pick me up in HKG will they allow her to come along? Also once in DXB we have a 2 day stop over, once again will she be allowed to go with me. Her flight gets in first so she will be meeting me over at the EK terminal.
Once in DXB we are on the same flight back to JFK. We are on different flights due to her being on business, and I just booked a 2 week stop over in DXB for her.

Is it an EK award? I have read elsewhere that non-EK stock (i.e. AS or JL miles etc) no longer qualifies.

Also, in Manage My Booking on the website, there is a section for chauffeur drive reservations showing you each sector that is eligible for the service. Unfortunately it does not seem that CMB provides the service.

As for complaining to the DoT - under what regulation would you make the complaint, considering that you haven't actually flown the itinerary yet and can get a full refund from the airline? I suppose one could make the argument that there is an effective increase in ancillary costs to you in arranging transport to or from the airport post purchase...
Still, DoT complaints are free, apart from your time, so if you do take it up with them, please do report back.

Flying soon with Emirates in business class and have booked a car from home to airport. I have read somewhere that you get a call the day before. Is this correct & who do I contact if I do not receive this call bearing in mind it will not give us much time to organise an alternative.
