Did you get to the gold desk though. My telephone number is automatically recognised and I usually get someone with experience. You might be having issues as you are calling from your ship and getting a noob agent(should still divert after you enter the PIN)Must be very frustrating and I can only sympathize .
Anyway, im more annoyed now at the lack of response from them!
If anyone has a direct email that they know emirates respond to, I would be very grateful! (its a lot easier for me to email than phone until I get off the ship)

I managed to get my card(s) skimmed in France. Fortunately, MBNA picked up on quite quickly, and stopped the card after a couple of flights worth around $1800 were booked.
The new cards arrived 5 days later.

Don't know whether the critical dates are applied uniformly OR whether they vary by cardholder (based perhaps on a/c opening date ...??) But I do believe that my own miles for previous month's activity are not posted until 8th of following month.

My August miles have not been credited so far. My monthly statement is usually from 26th/27th of the month and my miles are usually credited on the 31st or 1st. (Check the skywards statement). It could be delayed because of the weekend. Usually they need 2-3 working days after the statement.

Missing March Miles
Hi, Has anyone else not received their miles credit due for this month? Usually they come through between the 15th and 22nd each month. Thanks, LC

My last statement date was 2nd March and miles were credited on 3rd March.

Thanks both, I'll now put in a missing MBNA miles claim via the Emirates site as neither mine or my wife's miles have come through yet after our statements cutting off on the 15th March and 18th March respectively. For the past year they've always credited within a week of the cut off date each month.
