The gate agent was confused when he scanned my (Y) BP and got some error message. The other GA said "check the flight number" but (of course) it was right. Then she told him "you'll have to reprint the BP" so he did; then said to her "But it's business class.
" At that point I said to him (pointing to the other gate agent) "don't argue with the lady." and he gave me the J BP.

What would be the chances to get upgraded Y -> J if flight is not full in Y, and being a Gold member with 75 k miles on account?
