I suppose you are right. I think it should be Emirates Airline - Skywards. I will go and administer a damn good thrashing to whoever made the mistake.

But technically speaking, and when the Emirates Group want to refer to the airline (as opposed to Dnata etc) they use Emirates airline.
This extract from the Annual Report:
Emirates airline announced a net profit of US$225 million (AED 827 million), for the first six months of its current financial year ending 30th September 2011.

This wikipedia entry also indicates the Company Name to be the one word version (I know it's Wikipedia but sources are quoted):

"Emirates airline" (sic) is the correct name. The lower case "a" is intentional (why, I don't know) but is used in all public materials related to the airline.
It should also be noted that Skywards is not directly affiliated with Emirates airline, but rather is a separate operating division within the Emirates Group (http://www.emirates.com/gh/English/about/emirates.aspx).
Therefore, IMHO, the forum name should be "Emirates airline (Skywards)".
