Problems changing booking online and over phone
Have a flight booked from Europe return to NZL. Went into manage my booking to try and change a flight and it comes up with an error (before any options at all come up) and to call emirates. So I called them and to their surprise they couldn't change it either(when they usually can).
It is booked one way in economy and oneway in first and one of the economy legs is currently waitlisted for a points upgrade to J.
