Never been offered a guest voucher (except when I knew the guy at check-in) when flying *A, including flying UA C as *G through UA

That's strange....

Today Swiss didn't even ask, just gave me a +1.

I asked at the Dan, I was told no restrictions on the +1.

I figure that at Airline lounges, with a lounge dragon, they care. At the Dan - Swiss is footing the bill, from the Dans' POV there is no value in checking - you could bring in the homeless guy from across the street - more revenue for them. They did know that as *G you get a +1.

Real pity this thread does not work as well as others in this vein, a real working lounge guest/request thread would be great....

What do you think we could do to improve it?

Do they even need those vouchers anymore? I think last year I never went to the check-in counter as all my travel was HBO, I had no troubles entering the lounge with just my BP, though:
1. I didn't try to guest anyone
2. I was travelling in C, but I'm pretty sure I saw they have a list of FFPs and status levels

That's a more difficult one... The real factor is how many users can/will contribute, this forum is perhaps ...a little bit.... smaller than UA or LH.

From a board POV, it would be easier if everyone posted in a standard wiki-like page (similar to the successful LH page IIRC) - we only have one airport, but which lounge/date/can guest/request.

I'd be happy to regularly post all of my trips.

I guess we could also post about guesting into outstation lounges?

I'd be happy to regularly post all of my trips.
Me too, just that most of my trips are more last-minute style.

I will as from next relevant trip.
(although my next few trips will be with Delta - thank YOU Delta for not allowing access to contract lounges for ST Elites )

Care to elaborate on that? Does/did a type of Isracard grant access to the lounge?

Sorry, I'm an idiot... I misread and thought this thread was only about KDL.
