Interesting! Well, if they're ditching F, I hope they add F-like attributes to the C cabin to give it that extra premium feel (the little things, like electric blinds on the windows, perhaps F food/beverage).

It's what CX, AA, KLM have and a few more . I think VS went back to it on their 787 after they tried unsuccessfully with another product on their a330

I heard it's suppose to be reverse herringbone but from the pic it looks like herringbone

I really hope it isn't reverse herringbone.

Why do you dislike reverse herringbone? The few times I've flown it with someone, it was nice to see them as opposed to face away from them (with privacy dividers for when flying solo)

How do we know they aren't just using a stock photo for a Dreamliner?

Apologies, I blame jetlag...

It's herringbone I dislike, not reverse herringbone.

Knowing LY, likely they are. And likely, a stock image for which they have no legal right to use.

Yeah reverse herringbone is the preferred seat configuration but by travelers.

And I know because I know what seat they ordered.

they shouldn't since their hard product in F is worse than competition in J

I think I figured it out , the picture is looking back from the end of the cabin toward the Cockpit.
That's why it looked to me like herringbone configuration , even though I know they are planning to install it in a reverse herringbone
