T1 closed from Jan to May
"Between the following dates 08.01.2017 – 13.05.2017, the international flights activity will be transferred from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3.
There will not be international flights from Terminal 1.
There will not be any change regarding national flights.
For more information, please approach the relevant aviation company."
This is good if you fly UP, you don't have to go to T1.
I wonder if it's possible to check-in in the premium check in area in T3.

That's annoying - I booked flights on Ryanair's new flight to Paphos on May 14th. If that's the first day that Terminal 1 re-opens it's sure to be a balagan. And as we would have hand luggage only we would be going in straight into Terminal 3. But if this closure is to make Terminal 1 into an actual Terminal again with gates, etc, then even people with hand luggage only will need to go to Terminal 1.

During the first month passengers will still be bussed to T3, and if you are HBO you can go directly to T3.
From mid June the busses will go directly from T1 to the aircraft.

Any news on what lounge facilities will be available?
Not being able to use the KD lounge will be a real downgrade for Elite members, as well as UP Smart ticket holders.
