Opportunity for LY to serve MIA

MIA has suggested to LY that they should restart their flights to MIA with B772. 3 weekly with out AA codeshare, or 6 weekly with.
The schedule they suggested is:
TLV1100 - 1720MIA
MIA1920 - 1455+1TLV

What I attached at my OP is a presentation given by MIA officials to LY representatives, and includes the suggested flight times from above.
