Which is the best economy seat in 744?

So I'm flying TLV to JFK soon, and on my flight over here I had 38D and was not a fan. The passengers are let's say sometimes lacking in US manners 
Now on my flight back I'm willing to pay to upgrade my seat to one of those exit seats. Right now I have 51D. 56A is also open, which I'm considering since it's a window with nobody behind me, and I can lean on the wall to sleep.
Row 34 is open entirely, but seeing the situation on the flight over here it seems everyone gathers at the bathrooms and it is quite loud there. So I'm a bit hesitant.
Row 45 BC/HJ are also open, and potentially it is a bit quieter at the galley?
I don't mind paying the $99 for either 34 or 45, but what about the noise? What would you guys do and select?
