Upgraded 763?

Are they upgrading the 767-300 for the Boston route?

"including 22 upgraded bed-like seats in Business Class for a comfortable and pleasant sleep experience"

Looks that way, although no one seems to know a thing about it which is typical ElAl...

On the link given above. However, he wasn't talking about the seat maps for the 767, which have not been published, but rather about the design of the seat map (see other aircrafts design for example).

Upgraded 763?

And yet it only describes the older interior. The refurbished 747s will only have 4 rows of C AFAIK (have a look at BOS seat maps).

So today they launched an advertising campaign promoting the new BOS route, with full page ads in the Israeli daily newspapers and all over there website, yet we still have no idea what this mysterious new business class product is or looks like.

That's ElAl for you...

I think I may have stumbled upon something . . . .
Could this be the "new" 763 biz class?

Wow.
1) I am SHOCKED that they actually purchased and installed lie-flat seats on the 767 for BOS. I was sure it was an old-fashioned "Isra-Bluff". Glad to be wrong.
2) I will reserve full judgement until I actually get into one, but that seat actually looks better than what we currently have on the 777 and 744.

Thanks for the photo clubman.

The big minus is that there is no PTV
