How do i request one? and do they match to from delta diamond ?

They would only match it to platinum and not top-platinum. (same goes to Delta btw).

and are you sure you want to do this with the awards travel redemption of delta?

based on what I saw you would need to fax it:
El Al- They sometimes grant status matches to their lower tiers. Fax: # 011-972-3-760-4043

My match process was not like that, i remember I emailed they card and screenshot somehow.

They wanted to match United Gold to Matmid Silver, which would indicate that they go a step down.
I believe they would match diamond to plat

They matched my Gold Delta to Gold back in 2012, some friends got Platinum from LH senator in 2013.

I find it hard to believe they will match their top tier, so you might be getting Platinum.

Ok i managed to email [email protected] i really need top circle platinum or what ever it's called i have just been spoiled with top status (:

but to be honest I don't think any airliner matches the top tier UA/DL/AA only match to the one below (platinum)

KD is better than the regular one but you can only access it if you have LY flight. Did you really switched LH HON to LY TopPlatinum? the only way I would imagine using it is on LX code share flights with LY, so you can get in KD lounge and still get M&M miles.

Oh well, he might have a chance, although HON would be like United Global Services give or take. I would put Senator as same as DL Dimond/platinum.
I guess the biggest problem is comparing LY point to DL miles.

Keep us updated, I want to know if it worked, if it did I might match my UA 1K.

That's only just changing from February 2015, until now at the TLV lounge it has been open access regardless of flight being taken and until a couple of years ago it was the same for all KD lounges.

I remember I was required to show my ticket back in 2012, she wanted to verify it was LY flight.

It is changing in February for GL only. PL and TPL may still use the lounge when flying with other airlines.
