Effective immediately, DL have canceled the agreement they've had with LY for years in respect to connecting domestic flights as part of LY tickets.

DL has been moving to ending ticketing agreements with non Sky Team partners.
Last year, for example, they ended agreements with QR, VV, & TK. http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_...ways--qat.html
However, just because two airlines do not have interline ticketing does not mean that they do not have interline baggage agreements.
Additionally, just because two airlines, X & Y, do not have an interline ticketing agreement does not mean that one cannot purchase a ticket from a third airline, Z, for travel on X & Y. A good travel agent can find such third airlines.
If one wished, one could hypothetically purchase a ticket from A3 (Aegean) with travel on LY and DL. The trick, however, would be to find either a through fare on LY & DL or two fares, one on LY & one on DL, which permit end-on-end ticketing. It is also possible that A3 would require a cash - rather than credit card - payment.
