All the time, I get little papers in my bag when I pick it up from the TSA, letting my know they searched my bag... hope they enjoyed going through my dirty laundry I'll remember to wash it when I get home... I have much more faith in Israeli security than TSA - they actually know what they're doing.

In Dan+ lounge now. Airport was busy due to Poland groups, but appeared more organised than I was used to. Scanners are still there, but there are more queues in each section, so in theory, it should move faster. I was asked if I had any locks. It was unclear if I did, whether I would be forced to remove them, or just be warned that they may be opened.
It seemed though that there are some teething problems. I was told that I wasn't allowed to check my bag as fragile as they didn't define matza as fragile, and it hence wouldn't fit into their new security system . Everything checked as fragile had to be scanned there, whereas before it was just brought to the elevator.
Customs was it's usual baalagan, but that can't be blamed on the security.

No worries - I was being serious though (and not pedantic). Because I've heard that Customs (for VAT returns) has been getting more and more annoying to deal with in the airport.
Personally, I believe they should lower VAT in the country and cancel the whole thing altogether, but that's completely OT.
