EL AL Forum Gathering? Week of Jan 20

Folks,
I'll be in Israel during the week of January 20. What do you think about a gathering sometime during that week? One evening? Friday morning? I'll be in Tel Aviv so somewhere in the central region. What if we can get someone from EL AL to join? Good idea?

Assuming we have someone from EL AL. What types of topics would you like to focus on? "Everything" is not an option. Website? MATMID? Social Media Customer Service?

Why their ticket prices are more expensive than everyone else 90% of the time
Why their FF program is so bad ($500 fuel surcharges to NY are why I stopped flying LY)

It would be great if you could get Shkedy to come. I would actually fly to Israel just to be at that meeting.

On a more serious note, someone should call EL AL customer relations and ask if CL could come to the meeting. She immigrated to Israel over 20 years ago from the UK and I had dealings with her when I lived in Israel and was a Gold Card Matmid status holder back during the late 1990's. I know she would at minimum listen and relay concerns to the higher ups.

We can't even get an LY rep to properly participate here on FT, so how are we going to get one to join an FT Do?

Liat appears here once in a blue moon, usually replying to some random 2 month old post, and never really addressing any of the real issues.
