Comparision of LY and SN

Just came back from TLV-BRU-TLV
I flew out on LY and back on SN (both in Y)
Check in - Both internet in both bag drop off took me only a few minutes (in TLV king david).
Hard product - In Y LY was a bit better 737-800 compared to A319 on SN.
If you fly C then LY really wins. In SN there is no real Businnes seat, not even a divider between the two classes. They have the middle seat free but so did I (in row 5).
IFE- LY is not very good. Small screens, many commercials, the second movie was cut in the middle. In SN the same small screens show Mr Bean and cartoons but you have no earphones.
Food - LY has the new menu which is slightly supperior to the prior menu but:
In LY you get - Drinks and pretzels then meal with a small container with water accompanied by coffee.
SN- Drinks and pretzels, Then you get the meal which is far superior. With the meals you get drinks again. After they clear the meal you get coffee. IMO the total expierience in SN is much better and faster.
Luggage - From TLV my bag was tagged KD but didn't arrive in the begginig (we had to wait a very long time for the bags).
From BRU - no priority tag but my bag arrived 2 minutes after I arrived to the carousel.

In conclusion - Similar exprience (LY cost 50% more!) LY still has a lot to improve with there food.

I hate flying SN, they use a A319 which is officialy used for flights up to 2 hours, it has I think only 1 toilet in economy, you always have to queue.

From this March they'll use A320 instead of A319.

SN prefers to keep their A330-300's for African routes only.

Sn is cheaper. They have now special deals for 400$.

It's only a 4 hour flight so doesn't matter really.

But SN doesn't have a bassinet
