ELAL voted world's best airline!
 

According to the Elal newsletter (received by email), they have been voted by Apex 2011 as following:

1.Best overall passenger experience
2.Best overall passenger experience in region: Middle East.
3.Best inflight publication.
4.Best cabin ambiance.
5.Best inflight video.
6.Best ground experience

We all have to conclude that no other airline took part in this competition, and they are sending fake and misleading info to their clients, I find it DISGUSTING!

Also can anybody kindly explain the difference between no's 1&2?!

They riched to the finals...they didnt say they won.

It clearly says "thanks to you we have reached the finals"...

I might have voted them for best Inflight magazin perhaps...

Probably, pax were able to vote using their AVOD. Choices were probably IZ, 6H and LY. :D

Disgusting. LY does not comprae to TG, SQ or CX. No way

They only made it to the finals. But what airlines took part in this?

The question is also how many airlines reach the finals, is it only 2 or ....?

I mean, LY's lounges are great, and the C class service is nice. But it ain't EK. Not even close.

This thing of APEX, is for companies having a very low self esteem, and trying to get recognition from an external source.
It's like a psychiatrist telling you that he loves you.

This is a big joke. LY doesn't come even close the big carriers. :rolleyes:

I don't think EK can participate in this survey.. nor can any of the Middle Eastern carriers... :p
