AA - is small bag of medical supplies your carry-on or a freebie extra?
Will AA count a small (think large purse) bag of medical supplies as part of the carry-on allowance? The person in question has a roll aboard and wonders he if can take a small daypack, too, or just the insulated bag of pills and potions as his carry-on?
FWIW the insulated bag and daypack together would fit under the seat in front of him.
