The Best Airlines for Travellers with Food Allergies

I recently flew on United, Air Canada, BMI, and Lufthansa with my daughter, who has quite severe food allergies. How she was accomodated varied quite significantly between the airlines. I was wondering which airlines FTers felt were the best for persons with food allergies.

One other comment: why don't airlines provide a list of ingredients for the meals and foods that they serve. That would have been helpful for my daughter.

It would be great if you'd describe how your daughter was accommodated on each of those airlines.
