I picked up a bottle of Kavalan Amontillado 2016 World Whiskies Award winner at Singapore Changi Airport T2 for SGD380 (USD 280). There were only 5 bottles left.

Brief scan on Amazon UK puts it at 500/bottle....

Best deal I ever saw for JW Blue was at TPE. The cost for a 750mL was USD93. The Taiwanese love whiskey.

Beer at OSL airport is quite a good deal since the beer tax in Norway is quite high. Worth picking up a few bottles after arrival to bring into town with you.

They also are allowed to sell the high % alcohol versions than you can't get at grocery stores so it's a really good deal.

+1 to this. I was very happy to see this and grabbed 4 bottles on my way out. Next time I'm in OSL, I will make sure to have more space available in the carry-on

7.60 CUC Havana Club 3 year 1 Liter
19.70 CUC Havana Club 7 year 1 Liter

Plus a surcharge of 1 CUC for the duty free bag. These seem to be the state set prices, as I didn't see variance anywhere. One AS pilot stocked up on the 7 year

And they do take USD there for $1=.87 CUC. (10% penalty plus 3% commission).

PVR Duty Free in January:

2x Don Julio Anejo for $50 USD. Had to buy 2 for the good deal (I think it was $35 or $40 for one but only $50 for two).

Retail price for one at the NC ABC stores is $55. We enjoy it for our margaritas so buying 2 was a no brainier.
