I would make either burgers, shepherd's pie, or kabobs.

We made meatballs and served it with stuffed shells, topped with a buffalo-ranch sauce. It was quite yummy.

store near me sells ground chicken thigh meat, full of flavor!

I'll make Thai larb, burgers, stir fry (with holy basil).

Last week, took ground chicken, mixed in items like I was making Chinese dumplings, but then stuffed squid tubes w/ground chicken mixtrue & grilled them. Served with sweet chili dipping sauce & chopped cilantro. Delicious.

So heartened to see so many suggestions for larb and dumplings

What about chicken and mushroom steamed buns (baozi)?

I'm making egg rolls today with ground pork, but I'd use ground chicken for egg rolls too. I added minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, shredded green and red cabbage, shredded carrot, peanut butter. Filling is cooling now.

With a variety of seasonings and enhancements, ground chicken can be used in Empenadas, Samosas, Chinese and South Asian stuffed dumplings, and a spectrum of fried and baked "meat pies".

ground chicken sticks together in a way that ground beef does not

you can 'chop' it into small pieces, rather than like ground beef

just had it with cipriani pasta (cooks fast) and pesto

I like chicken meatballs better than beef. I use a sweet and sour sauce but they'd be good with barbecue or teriyaki sauce too. I agree that dark meat ground chicken is superior in flavor.

Never thought about the spicy kebabs just mentioned.
Second this comment. Typically preferred beef, it has more fat and flavor though you can use ground chicken as you would beef.

Maybe mix some ground chicken into a bolognese sauce, make chicken patties with whatever spices or seasoning you like (can't really go wrong here), you can also try chicken meatballs.

I'd simply just find what's the easiest and most convenient option (chicken patties) and make the lot of it and freeze it.

Maybe as it's summer, make BBQ chicken burgers?

Remember, Google's your best friend - here's some recipes you can try.

Whenever I have random ingredients laying around the kitchen, I always consult this website and it tells me what I can cook with what's in my kitchen.

Although, from experience, the wife and I love making burritos with ground chicken or ground turkey. We throw it in a pot with a jar of taco sauce and a 14oz can of refried beans. Simmer it for like 5 min, spoon the filling into tortillas and then :-:BAM:-:! Burritos.

Thanks for the website. I'll look into it next time I'm trying to figure out what to cook.

I wouldn't serve a dog "chicken salad" made with cooked ground chicken. On the other hand, once in an emergency I whipped up a decent pate' using ground chicken, ground turkey, butter, herbs and seasonings, bacon wrapping and lots of tender care and additions.
