Odd. Grilled cheese stopped being available any place I've looked lately.
Figured it was off the menu everywhere.

I didn't know SBUX ever had a grilled cheese sandwich.

My July 12-18 offer required more items; 5 breakfast sandwiches, or 4 lattes, or 4 tea lattes and get 80 bonus stars. 5 breakfast sandwiches? I mean I like them but come on. That's like $20, and I definitely don't want 5 of them in 1 week!

I've got that same offer. No way I'm doing that.

I don't know that I've ever tried the grilled cheese sandwich from Starbucks, but the Panera one isn't bad.

Starbucks grilled cheese was really toasted v grilled. Lot less geasy than Panera. Was also availability with an egg for breakfast. IMHO better than any of the current breakfast sandwiches.

I think I'm the big loser in this one... my offer was 5 shaken iced teas, 3 Macchiatos, or 3 Cream Fraps for 60 stars. Since I don't really drink the Fraps (especially since I go to SBux for caffeine) and rarely get a Macchiato, I'm shooting for 5 iced teas. We'll see if I get there.

I can't find the grilled cheese listed as available in the app. Perhaps it is limited to certain locations?

Not really the loser. My offer was 6 teas, 4 breakfast sandwiches or 4 frapps for 60 stars. Over 6 days. No worth my effort.

Good news is that rewards now are good for a longer time, so I will save them until the star promotions die down.

Finally got a challenge worth doing (IMO) 7/26-8/1, since it can be accomplished with a small amount of spend. Visit 2, 3, and 4 days in a row, get 40, 50, 90 bonus stars. I think either 3 or 4 days will put me over the threshold for my next freebie.

I received the same challenge. I'll do 2 days, more than that is questionable.

Same offer but 20/40/80 stars, and I have to visit before 12noon on each day.

Interesting. I just checked mine again and mine doesn't have a time restriction on it.

"Starbucks for Life" instant win for 5 stars. Whoopie! Not even worth one star from the old program.

My game board is full of rows that are 2/3rds filled.

On a more positive note, I ended up getting 150 bonus stars recently by doing 12 purchases within 2 weeks.

Haha, if you read the T&Cs, you'll see that there is one "rare" game piece for each prize.
