Corned beef hash.

I am well aware that it looks and smells like dog food.

I quite like the taste of dog, but for some reason, some people really get offended by the notion.

I have a protein deficiency so have to take in a lot of it. After lots of trial and error in finding a best way to go about this I have found that raw egg whites are the best source. When people see me drink it they gag and even had one friend lose his lunch after watching me drink the "snot of the egg" as he called it.
At first it was nasty to me too but now I rather like it and miss it if I go a few days without. Sometimes I blend it into other raw juices but mostly I just do it shot style.
And yes farm raised cage free coddled belly rubbed chickens make for better eggs.

There we go, Spam musubi. Strangely satisfying. We have a Hawaiian BBQ near my home that sells these, have to stop in a couple of times a year for a fix.

OMG, I LOVE almond fried chicken. It's been my favorite "chinese" dish since I was four years old. And it's apparently more of Seattle/Pacific Northwest Chinese dish -- I've never been able to find it anywhere else in the country. Every time I come to Seattle, I must have my fix of almond chicken!!!
