Probably playing too much with Instagram filters and/or not enough paste.

The veg was good and crunchy, the greenery on top is just chiffonade basil. Good luck getting lemongrass outside of a paste in middle Georgia, especially Eastman--same for Thai basil.

Breakfast today:

Poached egg on ciabatta toast with asparagus, parmesan, and a cracked mustard vinaigrette.

uk1 and other pizza lovers....caught Alton Bown' cooking show, Episode " Flat is Beautiful V " on pizza making at home. he also explains some of the science of the mixing cooking processes.

Hope the link works , otherwise YouTube with above heading.

Looks mouth watering. Your presentation is coming along nicely too!!^ Last night was Pembrokeshire pork sausages, olive oil roasties, buttered French beans, caramelized onions and apple sauce.

People don't give sozzies all the credit they deserve. We have the best in the world.

She has abandoned me for some shopping experiences today and left me here to my beer, wine and piri piri sticks. Like most blokes I'm no good at shopping but a bit better at piri piri and beer.

May I suggest you regularly post short videos on how to on Youtube.com ?

Me wife is an accomplished cook, but she does browse it for vegtariand preps.
