Oats was an enjoyable detour for a wet weekend. BTW it was precipitous-wet, thanks!
Is the fact that my lunch is unhealthy contributing to my increasing BMI?

Brekky: Corn flakes & a little whole milk
Lunch: Calorie-tastic Crispy Skin Chicken (& some pork) with fried rice. :eek
Dinner: TBD, possibly roast lamb with boiled rice & vegetables.

(I should be working on something for the OMNI exercise thread, instead!)

For breakfast today I had four small slices of wholemeal seeded toast with unsalted French President butter and real strawberry jam. Haven't had lunch yet!

Great thread...

Breakfast: flax cereal with raisins, non fat milk, coffee with non fat milk and one foucher chocolate

snack: three carrots (organic), organic low fat cheese stick

lunch: going to a japanese restaurant - probably get chirashi or some such

dinner: organic lettuce with radishes from the garden topped with baked goat cheese, carrot soup, home made bread

snack: strawberry buttermilk smoothie (really good)

Cannot wait to start picking some vegetables, once again, its raining here, good because I don't have to water, bad because my squash are never going to get big enough to start flowering

I just sauteed a ton of spinach with some garlic for breakfast. Had two eggs after. Delicious.

Lunch? Beer.

Same here...last night, I had Kyochon Korean chicken wings for dinner--that was about it. They were delicious, though.

So today I had for lunch: A fresh peach, cherries, and Greek yogurt with honey (hmm, this was an erotic meal) and granola. Much healthier, though I'm not sure what my choice of foods says about what's on my mind.

Happily, I rechecked my supposed BMI explosion and the good news is I am 1/15th less porky than I was told by the first set of scales.

Today's menu consisted of:
B: Corn flakes;
L: Chinese again - pork with boiled rice and veges;
D: Comfort food - Steggles oven baked chicken and McCain chunky chips

There were a few coffees during the day and a soup tonight. Winter fare!

Sunny side up eggs this morning, an apple, and a cup of coffee before going to the office. As basic as you can get.
