Top Chef: Canada

Anyone watching this one? I tried to keep up but it's boring me to bits!! :(

I still haven't watched the episode where someone used horse meat but I see it had hit the Yahoo headlines a while ago. Talking to some colleagues in the East (Toronto/Montreal), it doesn't seem like horse meat is a big deal.

Internationally, horse meat also isn't a big deal. I had horse meat sashimi in Tokyo.

At least, in this iteration, it seems the women are giving the men a good fight for the prize.

Horse meat is delicious. I don't know what the fuss is all about.

+1^

Delicious, tender, leaner than beef and the absolute best for tartar steak.

I would prefer to see a Top Chef Canada: Masters -- it would be fun to see Susur Lee, Rob Feenie, et al go at it.....
