I might suggest going to Bali instead and have a morning breakfast of Babi Guling or Roasted Pig.

The skin is very crispy..

I love the crispy roasted pig/pork..

That you can get from the merchants.. basically hanging in a warm cube..

More like Subway and selected Opa's for brekkie.

Are the sizes really small? I've seen the applebees menu, and it seems 'ok'-ish by my standards on its size..

Well, when I said "Ok"-ish is already small by my standards.. Being almost 6' and weighing at 208 myself, its a challenge alright..
